At Good Company Ent, we take pride in delivering quality apparel with premium style and positive vibes. That said, we know things can happen—so here’s the real talk on returns, refunds, and store credit.
✅ Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges if there is a defect, printing issue, or mistake on our end.
If your item arrives:

With a visible manufacturer flaw

With incorrect design, size, or print based on what you ordered

Damaged during shipping
Then you’re covered. 💯
❌ No Refunds (Except for Our Mistakes)
We do not offer cash refunds unless the issue is on our side.
If the item is defective, we’ll **either:

Replace it, or

Offer a full refund.**
All other return requests will be issued store credit only.
💳 Store Credit Policy
If you:

Ordered the wrong size

Changed your mind
-
Want to exchange an item that isn’t defective
Then you’re still good—you’ll receive store credit for the item’s cost once returned in original condition.
🕒 Timeframe
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we unfortunately can’t help you out.
🚚 How to Start a Return

Email us at support@goodcompanyent.com with your order number + photos of the issue.

If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.

Once we receive the item, we’ll send out a replacement or issue store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

We reserve the right to deny returns if the product appears worn or altered.
